About Me

Most clients, including children, call me Chuck or Mr. Chuck and that is my preference. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. My graduate training was completed at the State University of New York at Buffalo in the School of Social Work. I graduated with my masters in social work (MSW) in 1981. My BA in psychology is from Hobart College. I have past experience with community mental health as well as inpatient psychiatric hospital work. I have also been a visiting professor at FSU for ten years teaching graduate students in behavioral approaches to practice and have, consequently, supervised numerous masters level graduates who are seeking licensure in the State of Florida.

On several occasions I have been called as an expert testimony in the courts and I co-founded Tallahassees first support group for individuals dealing with depression or bipolar disorder.

I enjoy fishing, spending time with family and I love my work. My full time work is my private practice. You are a priority for me.
